I have a custody case where there would technically be no proper venue or jurisdiction because all the parties have moved around so much in the last couple months. Luckily, the Utah statute allows a homeless case such as this one to be in Utah's jurisdiction if no state would have jurisdiction under Subsection 78B-13-201 (1)(a), (b), or (c) of Utah's Code.
So, we are moving to make it Utah's case and bring everything into the Utah courts.
